The Director of Medical Services.
It shall be determined by the municipal council of Calabanga, in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.
The Secretary of Health shall promulgate the rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
It authorizes the Secretary of Health to issue rules and regulations necessary to implement the Act.
Three hundred thousand pesos (₱300,000).
Out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
Establishment, operation, and maintenance of the hospital, including construction of buildings and purchase of lot.
It does both—establishes the hospital and authorizes appropriation of necessary funds.
In the Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur.
The Secretary of Health’s promulgation of implementing rules and regulations.
Upon its approval.
It was enacted without Executive approval, and the text notes it was enacted June 17, 1972.
