: An Act establishing a national high school in the Municipality of Catarman, Province of Northern Samar, and appropriating funds therefor.
: The national high school is established in the Municipality of Catarman, Province of Northern Samar.
: The curriculum shall include both academic and vocational courses.
: The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is empowered to implement the provisions.
: The Minister is empowered to promulgate rules and regulations in connection with the administration of the school.
: The school should be operational on the first school term after the approval of the Act.
: The amount of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos (₱150,000) is appropriated for the operation of the school.
: The initial funding comes from the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools.
: Thereafter, the funds needed for maintenance and operation shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
: The Act took effect upon its approval on June 10, 1983.
