: The hospital established is officially named Tarangnan Municipal Hospital.
: The Tarangnan Municipal Hospital shall operate under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health.
: The hospital shall be located at the Poblacion of the Municipality of Tarangnan, Province of Samar.
: The Tarangnan Municipal Hospital is authorized to have ten beds.
: The maximum amount authorized for construction and operation is seven hundred fifty thousand pesos.
: The initial funds shall come from the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals.
: Funds for operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act thereafter.
: This Act took effect upon its approval on June 10, 1983.
: The Batasang Pambansa enacted Batas Pambansa Blg. 445.
: The primary purpose is to establish a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Tarangnan, Province of Samar, and to authorize the appropriation of funds for its construction and operation.
