The primary purpose of Batas Pambansa Blg. 300 is to establish a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of San Narciso, Province of Quezon, known as the San Narciso Municipal Hospital.
The San Narciso Municipal Hospital is established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister (Ministry of Health).
The San Narciso Municipal Hospital is an extension of the Quezon Provincial Hospital.
The Chief of the Quezon Provincial Hospital is responsible for assigning or detailing medical personnel to the San Narciso Municipal Hospital.
The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals.

Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
