A ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Malay, Province of Aklan, to be known as the Malay Municipal Hospital.
The hospital is established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health.
The Malay Municipal Hospital has a ten-bed capacity.
Seven hundred fifty thousand pesos (₱750,000) is appropriated as the maximum amount for its construction and operation.
Funds shall be sourced from the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals.
The necessary sum for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
This Act took effect upon its approval, on June 10, 1983.
The Batasang Pambansa enacted Batas Pambansa Blg. 417.
