PPKM MMDA REGULATION NO. 04-002 SERIES OF 2004

: The main purpose is to establish a high school in the Municipality of Naguilian, Province of Isabela, to be known as the Naguilian High School.
: The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports is responsible for issuing the necessary rules and regulations.
: It was approved on May 27, 1991.
: The high school established is called Naguilian High School.
: It is located in the Municipality of Naguilian, Province of Isabela.
: The amount necessary for the school is authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment, and thereafter.
: Section 3 authorizes the appropriation of funds.
: Section 4 states that the Act shall take effect upon its approval.
: The Act was approved by President Corazon C. Aquino, with signatures from Senate President Jovito R. Salonga and Speaker of the House Ramon V. Mitra.
: The House of Representatives passed it on November 23, 1989, and the Senate passed it on March 14, 1991.
