Republic Act No. 11272

: The specialty hospital established under Republic Act No. 11272 is officially named St. Bernadette Children and Maternity Hospital.
: It is located at Barangay Graceville, City of San Jose Del Monte, Province of Bulacan.
: The hospital shall have a minimum capacity of one hundred (100) beds.
: The hospital shall be under the administrative and technical supervision of San Jose Del Monte City, Province of Bulacan.
: The City Government of San Jose Del Monte in the Province of Bulacan is responsible for providing funding for the hospital's establishment, operation, and maintenance.
: The Secretary of Health shall include the subsidy support for the capital outlay requirements for the hospital's establishment in the Department’s program, and this funding shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: If any provision or part of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect.
: All laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
: The Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
: The purpose is to establish a specialty hospital in the City of San Jose Del Monte to provide specialized medical care particularly for children and maternity cases.
