Republic Act No. 11102 is entitled 'An Act Establishing the SOCCSKSARGEN General Hospital in the Municipality of Surallah, Province of South Cotabato, and Appropriating Funds Therefor.'

The SOCCSKSARGEN General Hospital is established in the Municipality of Surallah, Province of South Cotabato.

The Department of Health, in consultation and coordination with the local government officials concerned, is responsible for promulgating the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

The provincial government of South Cotabato shall provide funding for the establishment of the SOCCSKSARGEN General Hospital.

The Secretary of Health shall immediately include the implementation of this Act in the Department's programs, and the funding shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

All laws, decrees, orders, ordinances, issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.

This Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a national newspaper of general circulation.

The Act was approved and signed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, with the Speaker of the House of Representatives Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and the Senate President Vicente C. Sotto III also endorsing it.

The Secretary of Health is mandated to include the implementation of the Act in the Department of Health's programs and ensure that funding is incorporated in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Republic Act No. 11102 was passed by the Senate as Senate Bill No. 1586 and subsequently adopted by the House of Representatives as an amendment to House Bill No. 5881 before being approved.
