: The official name of the hospital is Bacolod City General Hospital (BCGH).
: It is established in the City of Bacolod, Province of Negros Occidental.
: The City Government of Bacolod is responsible for providing funding for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the Bacolod City General Hospital.
: The Chief of the Hospital shall submit a development plan to the Department of Health (DOH) that reflects the hospital's development goals, including medical personnel, capital outlays, and budgetary needs for operation.
: Six hundred million pesos (P600,000,000.00) is appropriated for the implementation of the Act.
