The purpose of Republic Act No. 10975 is to establish a national high school in Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, to be known as Emilio Jacinto National High School.
The Emilio Jacinto National High School will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education.
The Secretary of Education is tasked to immediately include the operationalization of Emilio Jacinto National High School in the Department's program and ensure funding for the school is included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Secretary must also issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Act.
