The Implementing Rules and Regulations (1998) of the MTRCB took effect on August 13, 1998, fifteen days after its publication in two newspapers of national circulation.
Television programs shall not be reviewed or classified on a per-episode basis. Instead, producers/blocktimers/distributors must submit a sample episode representing the program's line-up for the coming three-month season for review.
