The reviewed and approved programs are given a broadcast permit for three (3) months. Fees for each airing are charged on a Pay Before Broadcast (PBB) basis.

Producers must make immediately available to the Board tapes of programs identified by the Board to have consistently violated the Rules, and these tapes must be kept for three months from the date of broadcast.

The stricter classification shall be applied over the whole program.

Producers shall submit the episode for proper review. The review of specified episodes is treated as special review and is subject to the appropriate charges.

All provisions of earlier Memorandum Circulars inconsistent with the above are considered amended, superseded, or revoked accordingly.
