LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1111

: Mr. Jacobo C. Clave, Presidential Adviser on Civil Service and Government Reorganization.
: The Civil Service Commission, the Career Executive Service Board, and the Presidential Reorganization Commission.
: Continued programs to improve the civil service, reforms in the Career Executive Service, and continuous study of the government structure for modernization.
: To continue pursuing programs designed to improve government service and to participate in improving and reforming the civil service under ongoing efforts.
: The President has a continuing authority to reorganize the government.
: The quality of officers recruited to the Career Executive Service is to be properly assessed.
: A continuing Performance audit, which may be conducted upon the President's instructions or approval of appropriate recommendations.
: Periodic reports must be submitted to the President on the matters concerning civil service reforms and government reorganization efforts.
: It instructs constant consultation, coordination, and liaison among the Presidential Adviser, the Civil Service Commission, the Career Executive Service Board, and the Presidential Reorganization Commission.
