RA 12002 creates a district engineering office in the First Legislative District of the Province of Negros Occidental under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and appropriates funds for its operation.

Even after approval, the law’s legal effect begins only after the lapse of 15 days from the required publication.
