EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 321

: The EIIB Building and land located at the National Government Center, Quezon City, is transferred to the PNP-NCRPO.
: The PNP-NCRPO must assume all outstanding obligations for the purchase of the lot from the National Housing Authority and other liabilities for improvements made on the property.
: They are assigned and transferred to the DOF for a period of ten (10) years.
: Properties formerly used as EIIB Regional Offices at Camp Diego Silang, San Fernando, La Union; Camp Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet; Camp Gen. Simeon, Legaspi City; Camp Delgado, Iloilo City; Camp Sergio Osmeña, Cebu City; and Camp Domingo Leonor, Davao City remain with the DOF for ten (10) years.
: BLGF transfers title over the 6th Floor, BF Condominium Building, Intramuros, Manila, to the DOF for use of the Central Management Information Office (CMIO).
: An amount of Ten Million Pesos (₱10,000,000.00) is authorized for these purposes.
: The Department of Finance and the Philippine National Police are authorized to engage private firms through public bidding subject to accounting and auditing rules.
: An Inter-Agency Committee is created, chaired by the Executive Secretary, with representatives from the DOF, Department of Budget and Management, Department of the Interior and Local Government, and the PNP.
: The Executive Order took effect immediately upon its issuance on November 21, 2000.
