The EIIB Building and land located at the National Government Center, Quezon City, is transferred to the PNP-NCRPO.
The PNP-NCRPO must assume all outstanding obligations for the purchase of the lot from the National Housing Authority and other liabilities for improvements made on the property.
They are assigned and transferred to the DOF for a period of ten (10) years.
Properties formerly used as EIIB Regional Offices at Camp Diego Silang, San Fernando, La Union; Camp Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet; Camp Gen. Simeon, Legaspi City; Camp Delgado, Iloilo City; Camp Sergio Osmeña, Cebu City; and Camp Domingo Leonor, Davao City remain with the DOF for ten (10) years.
BLGF transfers title over the 6th Floor, BF Condominium Building, Intramuros, Manila, to the DOF for use of the Central Management Information Office (CMIO).
An amount of Ten Million Pesos (₱10,000,000.00) is authorized for these purposes.
The Department of Finance and the Philippine National Police are authorized to engage private firms through public bidding subject to accounting and auditing rules.
An Inter-Agency Committee is created, chaired by the Executive Secretary, with representatives from the DOF, Department of Budget and Management, Department of the Interior and Local Government, and the PNP.
The Executive Order took effect immediately upon its issuance on November 21, 2000.
