PROCLAMATION NO. 1190

: Proclamation No. 1190, dated December 11, 2006, creates and designates the Pacific Star Building in Makati City as an Information Technology Center pursuant to Republic Act No. 7916, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748.
: The Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) recommended the designation.
: The designation allows the building to operate as a special economic zone focused on information technology, subject to provisions of RA 7916 and PEZA regulations.
: The Pacific Star Building stands on a six thousand five hundred (6,500) square meter lot, more or less.
: It is located at Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue corner Makati Avenue, Makati City and is bounded by Buendia Ave. Extension (Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue), Makati Ave. Extension, Lot 30-D (Service Road), and Lot 30-B of the subdivision plan.
: The technical description is defined in TCT No. 22738 Lot 30-C Psd-294054 and related surveys, including the subdivision survey executed by Wenceslao B. Calayag in 1980.
: It is governed by Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 06-300 of the PEZA Board of Directors dated December 29, 2000 and July 11, 2006, respectively.
: PEZA oversees the implementation, operations, and regulations pertaining to the Information Technology Center.
