Proclamation No. 269, dated July 17, 2017, is a presidential proclamation declaring the regular holidays and special (non-working) days for the year 2018 in the Philippines.

Republic Act No. 9492 dated July 24, 2007 amended Section 26, Chapter 7, Book I of Executive Order No. 292, also known as the Administrative Code of 1987, by declaring certain days as special or regular holidays.

The Eidul Adha was declared by RA No. 9849 dated December 11, 2009 to be celebrated as a national holiday.

The Chinese New Year on February 16, 2018, was declared a special (non-working) day to recognize the celebration by Chinese nationals worldwide and the event's cultural significance in the Philippines, without detriment to public interest.

The EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary on February 25, 2018, marks the 32nd anniversary of the revolution that restored political, social, and economic reforms in the Philippines.

The regular holidays for 2018 under this proclamation include New Year's Day (Jan 1), Maundy Thursday (March 29), Good Friday (March 30), Araw ng Kagitingan (April 9), Labor Day (May 1), Independence Day (June 12), National Heroes Day (Aug 27), Bonifacio Day (Nov 30), Christmas Day (Dec 25), and Rizal Day (Dec 30).

Special (non-working) days included Chinese New Year (Feb 16), EDSA People Power Revolution Anniversary (Feb 25), Black Saturday (March 31), Ninoy Aquino Day (Aug 21), All Saints Day (Nov 1), Last Day of the Year (Dec 31), and additional days on November 2 and December 24.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is tasked to promulgate the implementing guidelines for Proclamation No. 269.

The dates for Eidul Fitr and Eidul Adha are to be determined based on the Islamic calendar (Hijra), lunar calendar, or Islamic astronomical calculations. The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) informs the Office of the President of the actual dates.

Proclamation No. 269 took effect immediately upon its issuance on July 17, 2017.
