EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 149

: The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) is placed under the administrative jurisdiction over the Plaridel Port Zone.
: The Port of Plaridel is located in Barangay Looc, Municipality of Plaridel, Province of Misamis Occidental.
: The Plaridel Port Zone covers an area of sixty-two thousand five hundred (62,500) square meters, more or less.
: The boundaries begin at a point marked 1 on the plan at N. 66 deg. 54' E., 3,742.64 m. from BLLM No. 1, PLS-466, then proceed through a series of directional bearings: N. 28 deg. 57' E. 250.00 m. to point 2; S. 61 deg. 03' E. 250.00 m. to point 3; S. 28 deg. 57' W. 250.00 m. to point 4; and N. 61 deg. 03' W. 250.00 m. back to point of beginning.
: The PPA is mandated to establish, develop, regulate, manage, and operate the port zone, including implementing programs for zoning, planning, development, and utilization consistent with regional industrial plans.
: All prior issuances, orders, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
: Yes, there is a separability clause stating that if any provision is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected remain valid and subsisting.
: The Executive Order took effect immediately upon its signing on November 26, 2013.
