EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 129

: The Port of Calbayog is located in Barangay Poblacion, Calbayog City, Province of Samar.
: The territorial jurisdiction of the Port of Calbayog is delineated by specific geographic points and boundaries described in the order, encompassing a total area of 590,686 square meters, more or less.
: The Calbayog Port Zone is placed under the administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA).
: The PPA is tasked to implement programs for proper zoning, planning, development, and utilization of the port, consistent with the regional industrial plans of the government.
: All issuances, orders, rules, and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
: This Executive Order takes effect immediately upon its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
