Republic Act No. 374

: Republic Act No. 374 is an act creating the municipality of President Roxas in the Province of Capiz.
: The sitios and barrios of Aranguel, Culilang Pandan, Pinamihagan, Cadoulan, Quiajo, Sangcal, Pondol Marita, Madulano, Jabuyana, Bo-ac, Cabugcabug, Goce Badiangon, Bayuyan, Agbobolo, Cubay, Ibaca, and the sitio of Lotudlotud (converted into barrio Elizalde) were separated from Pilar.
: The seat of government is at the site of the present sitio of Lotudlotud, which was converted into the barrio of Elizalde.
: It is converted from a sitio into a barrio to be known as the barrio of Elizalde.
: One-half of the unpaid balance of the loan is assumed by the municipality of President Roxas.
: The loan was contracted by the municipality of Pilar from the National Government for its waterworks.
: They are appointed by the President of the Philippines.
