The proportionate share of Barangay Marcelo Green in the obligations, funds, assets, and property of Barangay La Huerta shall be transferred to the new barangay upon the recommendation of the Commission on Audit.
All laws, parts of laws, executive orders, or regulations inconsistent with this decree are repealed or modified accordingly.
The decree took effect immediately on April 3, 1978.
