Republic Act No. 10254 is an act creating two (2) additional branches of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities with seats at Cagayan de Oro City, Province of Misamis Oriental, amending Section 29 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, and appropriating funds for this purpose.

Two (2) additional branches were created by RA No. 10254.

They are located in the Tenth Judicial Region.

The Supreme Court is responsible for assigning the branch numbers of the newly created Municipal Trial Court branches.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include the operationalization of the two additional branches in the Court's program.

The funding will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Funds shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and the appointment of their personnel.

Section 29 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980," as amended.

They are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.

It took effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
