The designated land area covers a portion of Lot 1, Pcs-04-028086, and Lot 6467-G, (LRC) Psd-288935, located in Barangay Molino, City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, with detailed boundary descriptions and measurements as stated in the proclamation.
The surveyed land area is certified by a special plan prepared by Private Geodetic Engineer Marietta D. Espiritu and verified by Engr. Edgar S. Barraca, Chief of Surveys and Mapping Division of DENR-Region IV.
The land area is covered by Transfer Certificate of Titles (TCT) Nos. 057-2013021082 and 057-2016017950.
