Executive Order No. 462 (dated August 3, 1951), which creates the municipalities of Tacurong and Malang in the Province of Cotabato.
It is pursuant to Section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, upon recommendation of the Provincial Board of Cotabato.
The municipalities of Tacurong and Malang.
An imaginary straight line running northwesterly from a point in the boundary between Buluan and Koronadal at the sitio of Talic towards San Manuel, then to its intersection with another imaginary straight line serving as a northern boundary, perpendicular to the eastern boundary and passing through a municipal boundary monument along the national highway near sitio of Gansing between Dulawan and Buluan.
Western boundary: the established and existing boundary between Dulawan and Buluan. Southern boundary: the established boundary between Buluan and Koronadal.
As an imaginary straight line perpendicular to Tacurong’s eastern boundary, passing through the municipal boundary monument along the national highway near the sitio of Gansing, near the established boundary between Buluan and Dulawan.

By an imaginary straight line starting from municipal boundary monument MBM No. 3 at the northern edge of Sikatulan Forest to MBM No. 2 at the southern edge of the same forest; then straight eastward coinciding with the Kidapawan–Buluan boundary at MBM No. 1.
By an imaginary straight line from MBM No. 1 on the Kidapawan–Buluan boundary to the point where the Damakling River branches on its easternmost and biggest branch; then following the westward course of the Damakling River until the sitio of Dungos.
Markers include municipal boundary monuments (MBM numbers), creeks, rivers, and other boundary intersections. Malang’s northern boundary is defined by the Malamote Creek starting from its intersection with the Buluan–Kabacan–Kidapawan boundaries, following the eastward course of the creek until intersecting the Kabacan–Kidapawan boundary, then running straight south back to MBM No. 3.

They provide precise reference points for delimiting municipal territories where boundaries are not wholly defined by existing legal lines; MBMs and intersections with known boundaries (e.g., national highways, rivers, creeks) are used to locate and verify the territorial limits.
