All records, documents, and proceedings shall be delivered to the National Library for preservation or disposition, while other properties are disposed of according to Accounting Law and regulations.

The sum of fifteen thousand pesos, or as much as necessary, is allocated for the Commission's operation from Item G-IV-7 of Republic Act No. 80.
