Executive Order No. 211-A, dated November 29, 1965, created the Municipality of Tuloadato in the Province of Lanao del Sur.

The Municipality of Tuloadato consists of the following barrios and sitios taken from the municipality of Marantao: Ragayan, Bacong, Daanaingud, Calilangan, Dawaling, Lumbac, Kialdan, Lubo, Pantaimas, Punud, Batal, Maul, Ilian, Bagoingud, Bayaba, Cadongan, Banga, Miponol, Matampai, Ranaramao, Dilimbayan, Dangapowalas, Palao, Mikalawag, Rapasun, Mibayao, Lumbacaingud, and Tuka.

The Municipality of Marantao shall retain its present territory minus the portions included in the territory of the newly created Municipality of Tuloadato.

The Municipality of Tuloadato shall begin to exist upon the appointment and qualification of its Mayor, Vice-Mayor, and the majority of its councilors.

The Executive Order was signed by President Diosdado Macapagal and Acting Executive Secretary Salvador L. Mariao.

Section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code provides the legal basis and authority for creating municipalities like Tuloadato through Executive Orders upon recommendation of the Provincial Board.

The appointment and qualification of the Mayor, Vice-Mayor, and a majority of the councilors of Tuloadato are required for the municipality to be operational.
