Tagoloan is created in the Province of Lanao del Sur.
The municipality is known as the Municipality of Tagoloan.
It consists of the specific barrios listed in the order, plus all of the municipalities of Bubong and Kapai, subject to the territorial reduction clause stated in the EO.
The seat of government is at the barrio of Pagalongan.
