: The legal basis is Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the 'Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,' as amended by Republic Act No. 8748.
: The President of the Republic of the Philippines, upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), has the authority to create and designate Information Technology Parks.
: The total land area of the Vertis North Information Technology Park is approximately 98,798 square meters.
: It is located along Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue, North Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.
: The specific parcels include Lot 1 covered by TCT No. 004-2015011430 and Lot 7-B-10 (Reserved Access Lot) covered by TCT No. 004-2013011218, among others.
: The Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA No. 7916, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), Resolution No. 04-295 (s. 2004), and Resolution No. 15-462 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors.
: Geodetic Engineer Cristina M. Baldo conducted the original survey and the consolidation of the parcels of land.
