The land is located along Acacia Avenue, Madrigal Business Park, Barangay Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

The boundaries and technical description are defined by the subdivision plan Psd-13-018255 and related survey plans, including L.R.C. Record No. 6137.

The Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) recommended the creation of this zone.
