The lot is portion of Lot 42-C-12 (LRC) Psd-174313, bounded on the northwest by remaining portion of Lot 42-C-12; east by Lot 42-C-5; southeast and west by remaining portion of Lot 42-C-12.
It was signed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on December 29, 2016, in the City of Manila.
All points on the plan are marked by reinforced concrete monuments, bearings are true, with the original survey dated December 1910-June 1911 and the subdivision survey performed on November 23, 2011, by Cristina M. Baldo.
