Republic Act No. 9805

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 9805 is to convert Fatima High School in Barangay Fatima, Municipality of Cortes, Province of Bohol into a national high school to be known as Fatima National High School.
: Fatima National High School is located in Barangay Fatima, Municipality of Cortes, Province of Bohol.
: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of Fatima High School shall be transferred to and absorbed by the Fatima National High School.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including Fatima National High School in the Department of Education's program immediately after the enactment of the law.
: The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of Fatima High School.
: The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: Republic Act No. 9805 took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
: President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, and House Speaker Prospero C. Nograles signed the law.
: The law was passed by the House of Representatives on September 2, 2008, and by the Senate on August 26, 2009.
