Republic Act No. 10196

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 10196 is to separate the Esperanza National High School - Rotonda Annex in Barangay Rotonda, City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato from Esperanza National High School and convert it into an independent national high school called Rotonda National High School.

: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Esperanza National High School - Rotonda Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the newly created Rotonda National High School.

: The necessary funds for the continued operation of the school must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the Act, including the operationalization of the new school.
