: Republic Act No. 7272 converts the Zamboanga Regional Hospital in Zamboanga City into the Zamboanga City Medical Center and appropriates funds for this purpose.
: The Zamboanga Regional Hospital is renamed as the Zamboanga City Medical Center.
: The Medical Center shall have a minimum bed capacity of two hundred fifty (250).
: The Medical Center shall be under the jurisdiction of the Department of Health.
: The present staff and personnel of the Zamboanga Regional Hospital shall be transferred to and absorbed by the Zamboanga City Medical Center.

: Yes, all lands, buildings, equipment, appropriations, and other properties and assets belonging to the Zamboanga Regional Hospital are transferred to the Zamboanga City Medical Center.
: The Secretary of the Department of Health is directed to immediately implement this Act.
: This Act took effect upon its approval, which was on March 24, 1992.
: The Act was enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled.
