: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 10810 is to separate the Tarusan National High School - Malihud Extension located in Barangay Malihud, Municipality of Bataraza, Province of Palawan, and convert it into an independent national high school known as Malihud National High School.
: The Tarusan National High School - Malihud Extension in Barangay Malihud, Municipality of Bataraza, Province of Palawan is separated and converted into an independent national high school.
: The new name of the school is Malihud National High School.
: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Tarusan National High School - Malihud Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the Malihud National High School.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the Malihud National High School in the Department of Education's program.
: The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Tarusan National High School - Malihud Extension.
: The amount necessary for its continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act thereafter.
: The Secretary of Education shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act, including operationalization and funding matters.
: Republic Act No. 10810 was approved on May 11, 2016.
: The Act was passed by the House of Representatives on February 23, 2015, and by the Senate on February 2, 2016.
