The main purpose of Republic Act No. 845 is to convert the Nueva Ecija Trade School in the City of Cabanatuan into a regional school of arts and trades, to be known as the Central Luzon School of Arts and Trades.
The Central Luzon School of Arts and Trades shall be under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Schools.
Courses of junior collegiate and secondary levels shall be offered by the Central Luzon School of Arts and Trades.
It shall be subject to the provisions of the School Law.
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos was authorized to be appropriated for the expenses of the school during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1953.
The initial appropriation covers the expenses of the school during the fiscal year, including the purchase of a suitable school site.
The operating expenses shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act in the succeeding years.
This Act took effect upon its approval on May 8, 1953.
It is located in the City of Cabanatuan in Nueva Ecija.
The original name was the Nueva Ecija Trade School.
