Importers/distributors and/or wholesalers.

They must register with the Control, Regulation and Intelligence Division of the Dangerous Drugs Board.

For S-5-1 License: P360.00; for S-4 License: P180.00.

They must accomplish a Special Permit (DDB Form No. 9-72) to be submitted to the Board before importation.

They must submit quarterly reports relative to the distribution, disposition, or usage of the controlled items imported.

They must submit to the Board a forecast estimate of the item(s) to be imported during the following year.

It must state: (a) date of importation, (b) quantity imported, (c) those already received, and (d) those not yet received.

Premises are subject to inspection by DDB Drug Regulation Officers and by deputized agents of the Board.

They must secure clearance from the Board, stated in Section 3.1.8.

All Board regulations inconsistent with this regulation are deemed modified or amended.

Violation is penalized with administrative sanctions, without prejudice to criminal sanctions if warranted.

It takes effect fifteen days after completion of its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
