The Board must determine a suitable site, and then have the site acquired, surveyed, fenced, and delimited/set aside portions for the interment of Presidents and another portion for heroes and patriots.

There shall be two portions: one for the interment of the remains of all Presidents of the Philippines, and another portion for the remains of heroes, patriots, and other great men of the country.

It may order and supervise the construction of uniform monuments, mausoleums, or tombs as it deems appropriate.

To cause to be interred therein the mortal remains of all Presidents of the Philippines, and the national heroes and patriots.

The Board must order and supervise the construction of a suitable road leading to the National Pantheon from the nearest national or provincial road.

The Board may perform such other functions as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the Act.

One million pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, taken from funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

A popular subscription (voluntary contributions) to raise additional funds.

Not beyond December 31, 1950 (as stated in the text: “up to December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and fifty”).

The Board determines the period of time for the popular subscription, but it cannot extend beyond December 31, 1950.

It must be deposited in one of the government depositories or banks in Manila, and the Board withdraws sums as the need for them arises.

The Board may appoint an executive secretary, auditor, and such other personnel as it deems necessary.

The compensation shall be fixed by the Board.

It takes effect upon its approval.
