Republic Act No. 10514

: The purpose of Republic Act No. 10514 is to establish a City Schools Division Office in the City of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, under the supervision of the Department of Education, and to appropriate funds for its operation.
: The City Schools Division Office in Antipolo City shall be headed by a division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the Department of Education (DepED).
: The City Schools Division Office of Antipolo City operates under the supervision of the Department of Education (DepED).
: It has jurisdiction over the school districts within Antipolo City.
: The staff for the City Schools Division Office of Antipolo City must possess the necessary qualifications required by the Department of Education.
: The initial funding shall be charged against the appropriations of the Department of Education (DepED).
: The continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act as necessary.
: Section 3 provides that all laws, decrees, executive orders, proclamations, rules, regulations, and issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are repealed or amended accordingly.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for issuing the necessary rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of this Act.
: This Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
