: The high school established is officially known as the Baleno High School.
: The Baleno High School is established in the Municipality of Baleno, Province of Masbate.
: The Act takes effect upon its approval by the President of the Philippines.
: The purpose of the Act is to establish a high school in Baleno, Masbate, known as the Baleno High School, and to appropriate funds for its establishment and operation.
: The funds necessary to carry out the provisions of the Act are authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment and thereafter.
: Congress, through the Senate and House of Representatives, passed the Act establishing the Baleno High School.
: The Act was approved by President Corazon C. Aquino.
