The Secretary of Education is responsible for immediately including the operationalization of Bugo National High School in the Department's program.

The initial funding for Bugo National High School shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Agusan National High School Bugo Annex.

The continued operational budget for the Bugo National High School will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

The Secretary of Education shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Republic Act No. 9943 took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
