EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 94

: Executive Order No. 94 declares and delineates the Balbagon Port Zone in Barangay Balbagon, Mambajao, Camiguin, and places it under the administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA).
: The Port Zone of Balbagon is delineated for the development of necessary port facilities to support the demands of the shipping trade within the region.
: The Balbagon Port Zone is geographically described by a series of boundary points with bearings and distances from a specified location, containing an area of 186,859 square meters, more or less.
: The Balbagon Port Zone is placed under the administrative jurisdiction of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA).
: The PPA is responsible for the proper zoning, planning, development, and utilization of the Balbagon Port Zone consistent with regional industrial plans of the government.
: All issuances, orders, rules, and regulations, or parts thereof that are inconsistent with Executive Order No. 94 are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
: If any provision of the Executive Order is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected shall remain valid and subsisting due to the separability clause.
: Executive Order No. 94 took effect immediately upon its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
: Executive Order No. 94 was signed in the City of Manila.
