The national high school established by this Act is officially named Baesa National High School.
Baesa National High School is located in Barangay Baesa, City of Quezon.
Baesa National High School is established under the supervision of the Department of Education.
The Secretary of Education is mandated to immediately include the operationalization of Baesa National High School in the Department's program and ensure the funding is included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Secretary of Education has the authority to issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
This Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
