Republic Act No. 10564 is titled "An Act Creating Four (4) Additional Branches of the Regional Trial Court in the Third Judicial Region to be Stationed at the City of Tarlac and the Municipalities of Camiling and Concepcion, all in the Province of Tarlac, Further Amending for the Purpose Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, Otherwise Known as the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, as Amended, and Appropriating Funds Therefor."
RA 10564 creates four (4) additional branches of the Regional Trial Court: two (2) branches for Tarlac City, one (1) branch for Camiling, and one (1) branch for Concepcion, all in the Province of Tarlac.
The Supreme Court is responsible for assigning the respective branch numbers for the newly created branches of the Regional Trial Court under RA 10564.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include in the Court's program the implementation of RA 10564.
The funding for the implementation of RA 10564 shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The funds necessary for the operation of the courts shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and appointment of its personnel.
RA 10564 amends Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, as amended.
Provisions of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, or other provisions inconsistent with RA 10564, are deemed repealed, modified, and/or further amended as necessary.
Republic Act No. 10564 took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
The funds necessary for the operation of the newly created courts shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and the appointment of their personnel, ensuring that funds are only disbursed once the courts are operational.
Republic Act No. 10564 was approved by then President Benigno S. Aquino III on May 15, 2013.
