Republic Act No. 11272

: The title is 'An Act Establishing a Specialty Hospital in the City of San Jose Del Monte, Province of Bulacan, to be Known as St. Bernadette Children and Maternity Hospital, and Appropriating Funds Therefor.'
: It is to be located at Barangay Graceville, City of San Jose Del Monte, Province of Bulacan.
: The hospital shall have a minimum capacity of one hundred (100) beds.
: The hospital shall be under the administrative and technical supervision of San Jose Del Monte City, Province of Bulacan.
: The City Government of San Jose Del Monte in the Province of Bulacan is responsible for providing the funding.
: The Secretary of Health shall include subsidy support for the capital outlay requirements for establishing the hospital in the Department's program, with funding included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: The remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect.
: They are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly to be consistent with this Act.
: The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or any newspaper of general circulation.
: It was approved by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on April 12, 2019.
