Republic Act No. 10211

: The national high school established by this law is officially named Apolinario Mabini National High School.
: It is located in Barangay Malimatoc I, Municipality of Mabini, Province of Batangas.
: The school shall be established under the supervision of the Department of Education.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the funding of the school in the Department's program and the annual General Appropriations Act.
: Section 2 of the law provides for the appropriations or funding of the school.
: The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act as stated in Section 3.
: This Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette as provided in Section 4.
: The Act was approved by President Benigno S. Aquino III.
: The Act was passed by the House of Representatives on December 13, 2011, and by the Senate on July 24, 2012.
: The funding shall be included in the Department of Education's program and appropriated in the annual General Appropriations Act, thus it is provided for by law.
