: Republic Act No. 11553 is titled 'An Act Providing for the Reapportionment of the Province of Bataan into Three (3) Legislative Districts.'
: The Province of Bataan is reapportioned into three (3) legislative districts.
: The First Legislative District includes Hermosa, Orani, Samal, and Abucay.
: The Second Legislative District includes the City of Balanga, Orion, Pilar, and Limay.
: The Third Legislative District comprises Bagac, Morong, Dinalupihan, and Mariveles.
: The reapportionment takes effect on the next national and local elections following the effectivity of the Act.
: The incumbent Representatives shall continue to hold office until the new Representatives have been elected and qualified.
