: It grants Philippine citizenship to Mr. Feng Li with all associated rights, privileges, prerogatives, duties, and obligations under the Constitution and laws of the Philippines.
: Mr. Feng Li must take the Oath of Allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines before an authorized officer.
: An officer duly authorized to administer the Oath of Allegiance as provided by law.
: The Oath of Allegiance shall be registered with the Bureau of Immigration.
: Upon registration of the Oath of Allegiance and issuance of the Certificate of Naturalization.
: It takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
: President Rodrigo Roa Duterte signed the Act into law.
