Republic Act No. 11388

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 11388 is to create two additional branches of the Regional Trial Court and one additional branch of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, all to be stationed in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, in the Fourth Judicial Region.
: The Fourth Judicial Region is affected by Republic Act No. 11388.
: Three additional branches of courts are created: two (2) branches of the Regional Trial Court and one (1) branch of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities.
: The new branches of courts will be stationed in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.
: The Supreme Court shall assign the respective branch numbers of the newly created branches of the Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Court in Cities.
: The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, is responsible for operationalizing the newly created courts.
: The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
: The funds necessary for the operation of the newly created courts shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and the appointment of their personnel.
: Section 14(e) and Section 29 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 are amended by this Act.
: All laws, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.
