Act No. 330 appropriates the sum of two million five hundred and ten thousand one hundred and thirty-seven dollars and seventy-nine cents in United States currency for part compensation for the service of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1902, for the Insular Government and the City of Manila, among other specified purposes.
