Questions (LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2005-019)

It orders affected PUJ operators plying routes 21-B and 22-B in Cebu City to file an Application for Modification of Line concerning their point of destination, aligning with the recent City Ordinance and LTFRB regulations.

The PUJ routes 21-B (Mandaue Ibabao to Ayala/Osmeña Blvd. - Carbon) and 22-B (Mandaue Ouano to Ayala/Osmeña Blvd. - Carbon) are affected by the circular.

The required fees are a P510.00 Filing Fee, P10.00 Legal Research Fee, and P40.00 Franchise Verification Fee.

The local government of Cebu City shall shoulder the fees within thirty (30) days from the effectivity of the Circular.

Failure to comply shall result in the cancellation and revocation of their Certificate of Public Convenience to operate PUJ service.

They must follow Mandaue City via Cebu North Road to M.J. Cuenco Ave., turn right to Mactan Road, right to Panay Road, right to Samar Loop, left to Cardinal Rosales Ave., to Ayala loading/unloading area, then follow the prescribed route to Carbon Terminal.

It takes effect immediately upon filing of three (3) copies with the UP Law Center pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated October 9, 1992.

They must file an Application for Modification of Line concerning their point of destination at the designated/accredited PUJ terminals.
