Republic Act No. 10564

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 10564 is to create four additional branches of the Regional Trial Court in the Third Judicial Region, specifically in Tarlac City, Camiling, and Concepcion in the province of Tarlac.
: Four additional branches were created: two for Tarlac City, one for Camiling, and one for Concepcion, all in the province of Tarlac.
: They belong to the Third Judicial Region.
: The Supreme Court has the authority to assign the respective branch numbers for the newly created branches.
: The funding for the new courts shall be included in the Court's program and in the annual General Appropriations Act. Funds for the operation of the courts shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and the appointment of their personnel.
: It amends Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, as amended.
: The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
: The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice.
: Inconsistent provisions are deemed repealed, modified, and/or further amended to conform with the provisions of Republic Act No. 10564.
: Senate Bill No. 3055 was passed on December 10, 2012, and House Bill No. 6753 was passed on January 28, 2013.
